At Pegasus Feed, we aim to make receiving your order as simple and stress-free as possible. Because we ship in scheduled monthly batches, our delivery process is a little different from standard online stores but it allows us to keep things running smoothly and to
maintain product freshness and consistency.

Delivery Schedule

To keep our process smooth and consistent, we operate on a once-a-month delivery system.

● Orders placed by the 1st of each month will be delivered within approximately 3 weeks.
● Orders placed after the 1st will roll over to the following month’s delivery, however please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate requests where possible.
● Deliveries are made on set routes, which means delivery days and times may vary.
● You will receive a message or email from us with your estimated delivery window once the monthly route is planned.

This scheduled system allows us to guarantee freshness, manage stock effectively, and offer more sustainable, efficient deliveries.

Delivery Timeframe

Our standard delivery window is within 3 weeks of the dispatch date.

Because we deliver in person:

● Delivery times depend on your location and our route rotation
● Any changes or delays will be communicated directly to you
● We will do our best to accommodate reasonable delivery preferences when possible

Delivery Costs

Delivery fees are shown at checkout. Fees may vary by location or order size.

Access & Address Requirements

Please ensure that:
● Your delivery address is accurate
● There is safe access to the property
● Someone will be available to receive the order, or you provide instructions for a safe drop-off location

We cannot accept liability for:
● Items left in a designated safe place at your request
● Failed deliveries due to no answer and no alternative instructions

If delivery fails, we may need to rearrange another date, which could incur an additional fee.

Sample / Taster Packs

We offer sample or taster packs on request.

full order.

Refund & Return Policy

Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be:
● Unopened
● Unused
● In original packaging
● In a condition suitable for resale

Return Shipping

● Return postage is at the customer’s own cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
● We recommend using a tracked service; we cannot refund lost returns.

How to Start a Return

● Order number
● Reason for return
● Photos (if damaged or faulty)
We will provide return instructions.

Refunds

● Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
● Allow 7–10 business days after we receive your return.
● Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.

Non-Returnable Items

● Opened food products or items affecting freshness
● Custom or personalised orders
● Sample/taster packs

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for faulty or incorrect items.
