1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Pegasus Feed website and any purchases you make from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Definitions
“We”, “us”, “our” – refers to Pegasus Feed.
“Customer”, “you”, “your” – refers to the person purchasing goods.
“Goods” – any items available for purchase on our website.
“Website” – our online store and associated pages.
3. Eligibility to Purchase
To place an order, you must:
● Be at least 18 years old
● Provide accurate, current, and complete information
● Be legally capable of entering into a binding contract
4. Product Information
We take all reasonable steps to ensure that product descriptions, photos, specifications, and
pricing are accurate. However:
● Colours, packaging, and appearance may vary
● Product availability is subject to change
● We reserve the right to update product information at any time
5. Pricing and Payment
● All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
● Prices may change without notice.
● Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.
● We accept payment through secure third-party processors.
● We do not store or process credit/debit card details directly.
6. Order Acceptance
When you place an order:
● You will receive an email confirming that we have received your order.
● Acceptance occurs once payment is processed and we send a dispatch confirmation.
We may refuse or cancel an order if:
● The product is unavailable
● There is a pricing or description error
● Fraud or misuse is suspected
● We cannot verify shipping information
If an order is cancelled, any payment received will be refunded.
7. Shipping & Delivery
● We operate a monthly delivery schedule.
● Orders placed by the 1st of each month will be delivered within approximately 3
weeks.
● Orders placed after the 1st will roll over to the following month’s delivery, however
please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate requests where possible.
● Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, customs, or
other external factors beyond our control.
● Risk of loss passes to you once the goods are delivered to your address.
8. Returns & Refunds
Eligibility
Customers may return goods within 30 days of delivery if they are:
● Unopened
● Unused
● In original packaging
● Suitable for resale
Return Costs
Unless goods are faulty or incorrect:
● Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
● We recommend using a tracked service
● We cannot refund goods lost in return transit
Refund Process
● Refunds are issued once returned goods are inspected
● Please allow 7–10 business days after receipt
● Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made an error
Non-Returnable Items
● Opened food or freshness-sensitive products
● Custom or personalised items
● Sample or taster packs
9. Faulty or Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of
delivery with:
● Order number
● Description of the issue
● Clear photos
We will arrange a replacement, refund, or alternative solution in line with the UK Consumer
Rights Act 2015.
10. Sample / Taster Packs
We offer sample or taster packs on request.

11. Cancellation Rights
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods under the
Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Exceptions apply to:
● Perishable goods
● Goods sealed for freshness or hygiene once opened
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law:
● We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
● Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the goods
13. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to fulfil obligations due to events beyond our
reasonable control, including:
● Strikes
● Natural disasters
● Courier disruptions
● Supply shortages
14. Intellectual Property
All content on our website including text, images, logos, graphics, and designs is owned by
or licensed to us.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any material without written permission.
